YUUKATSU
Yuukatsu is a new fashionable Japanese dining space located in Ashta District 8 SCBD, South Jakarta that specializes in authentic Japanese Katsu and other Japanese dishes to satisfy your taste buds. Established in November 2020, we aim to provide our customers with high quality delicacies and beverages at reasonable price, using fresh ingredients and new techniques.
Our authentic Japanese Katsu, together with selection of enticing deep-fried Japanese dishes was specially created by Chef Asep Suhendar.
Our mouth-watering Katsu cooked to the perfect tenderness and the best balance of fattiness, covered with fresh and crunchy breadcrumbs that are prepared daily.
Our Katsu can be enjoyed on their own, often with rice and shredded cabbage, or alongside with Japanese curry, in a white bread sandwich, and choices between our special Katsu Sauce and our delicious apple sauce to suit your taste.
